[問題] 路跑熱身請益消失
各位版上跑友大家好,小弟開始練習跑步大約三個月,一個裡拜大約跑兩到三次,每次大約十到十二公里,時間約一小時左右,想請問熱身到底須不須要?我自己是有簡單拉大腿跟小腿,但是有時後為了方便都沒有熱身及收操,這樣時間久了,己後會對身體造成受傷情形嗎?還有麻煩各位指導,謝謝。
