[問題] E配速的相關問題
大家好
想請問各位
E配速的練習,對於耐力的改善有幫助嗎?
因為我全馬後段掉速還頗嚴重
(差不多半馬Sub2 ,全馬快5小時這樣)
我知道練LSD有效
那如果只有不到一個小時的時間練習
全部拿來練E配速,也有效嗎?
P.S 當初我以為跑慢一點就可以了
後來上耐力網查了一下
自以為的輕鬆跑其實已經到M配速的強度了
(以心率範圍作區隔)
所以又降速讓心率穩定在E配速的區間
不過速度真的頗慢XDD
