[問題] 全馬6小時配速,無痛又不累
想要比較輕無痛的跑完全馬,目標6小時
會以6:30到7分速跑,
快走約10分速
目前有以下幾種想法;
1:每小時穩定7km,每小時跑到7km就停下來用走的,依此跑走完42
2:先慢慢跑完21k,約2:30時,剩下的21k用走的
3:跑2k走2k依這速度到結束
不知道哪個配速方式比較可以不遇到撞牆期比較不會抽筋也比較不會受傷!
