[問題] 有辦法短時間恢復體力嗎?
下星期是學校運動會
我比的項目是800公尺和1600接力
賽程表出來有點崩潰..
800公尺跑完中間只間隔20多分鐘就要比1600接了
問了體育老師
老師建議我二選一QQ
但我不想放棄呀!!!
想請問有沒有方法能夠在20分鐘內把體力恢復到9成左右?
另外想問問肌酸有用嗎..?
