[問題] 5000公尺如何跑進25分
認真發問:
小弟我想知道有什麼訓練方式可以5000公尺跑進25分的標準?
我的短期主要目標只是想要達成為所謂一般公認正常速度的體能,目前我的最佳
成績大概落在30分左右,如果輕鬆跑大概都要33分左右,我的運動量是每天跑5000公尺最
近一個月開始慢跑的,年齡25,身高170,體重60。

我是跑操場。
多跑幾個月?
繼續輕鬆跑嗎?每次都33會進步嗎?
還是要用力拼到氣喘吁吁呢?
還是增長距離嗎?
請問要用什麼訓練方式??
跑量每天跑5000,心跳沒注意欸,
大概就是讓我覺得二吸二呼不會亂,很累但是可以稱到定速跑完5000
