[問題] 膝蓋正下方酸痛的原因
從去年五月開始堅持跑步,每週大概2-3次,每次不低於5km。參加過兩次半程馬拉松。
最近三四個月跑量減少,跑步前后也有拉伸,但跑完左邊膝蓋下面兩公分處有時會酸,按
壓也有痛感,休息兩天就沒感覺了。想請問大家有沒有類似情況?是我拉伸不夠還是跑步
姿勢不對?謝謝。
