[問題] 跑步的時候如何把膝蓋傷害降到最低??
請位各位跑友們~~~
小弟我剛剛接觸半馬的賽事
但是跑到15公里的時候膝蓋突然很痛
想要請各位跑友們~~~
跑長途的距離時候如何才會讓膝蓋不痛??
有什麼特殊的跑步方法嗎?
或是要做什麼樣的練習才可以舒緩這樣的感覺呢??
請各位跑友們解惑!!!
