[問題] 長距離路跑如何克服
小弟最近開始跑步約兩個月
先前在國小跑操場外圈
大約八到十圈就會覺得厭倦
所以最近開始嘗試跑環河,最近大概跑了六次
約台北橋 - 華江橋(桂林疏洪道) 往返一趟
從一開始會跑一段走一段到現在可以維持跑步跑完全程
(173/85持續重訓減脂大約都維持在七分速左右,沒有下雨就跑一休一)
昨天嘗試拉長距離從台北橋 - 華中橋
因為配速較平常慢,所以沒有什麼疲倦感,大概6K出現倦怠感開始慢下來或想走一下
最後在華中橋聽到app提醒7K就折返
回程也有跑一段走一段,相信自己疲倦程度配速應該可以跑更遠
想請教各位板友在路跑過程是如何克服這樣的倦怠感呢?謝謝。
昨日回到台北橋約14K多一點,平均步速8'13 /KM (因為有走蠻多拉下整體平均步速)
