[問題] 大家跑步後都用什麼貼布?
小弟目前BMI28
年初開始練習跑
斷斷續續到現在算跑比較固定了
目前兩天跑一次,都跑5K
但跑完總覺得小腿都痠到不行
有做收操但還是頗痠
想買貼布消除疲勞
不知道大家都用什麼貼?
