[問題] 想要減肥的話…

最近看了徐國峰教練的演講影片,
裡面有提到,
在有氧範圍裡熱量消耗是燃燒脂肪比燃燒血糖多,尤其低強度有氧效果更明顯(LSD)無氧則相反,
我目前的跑步習慣是一週三、四天每天8~10公里幾乎7分均速(會喘但還可以接受,不曉得還在不在有氧範圍內)
假如我的目標是減肥燃脂,那把有跑步的天數改成8分速跑1小時會比較有效嗎?
