[問題] 請問該如何避免腹肌抽筋?
昨天從下午4點跑到5點多
第一次練習跑這麼遠,結果太早喝水補給
跑到5K肚子就有點抽筋了
最後是用平均8分速跑完7K多,
大概跑了1小時後, 放棄, 坐公車回家
想請問要怎麼樣才能避免腹肌抽筋?
除了水不要一下子喝太多, 還有之前的熱身也要加強腹肌嗎?
還有,如果目標是年底前完跑半馬,
不計成績, 只求時限內(330--400)完成
之後幾個月應該怎麼練, 怎麼加強才好呢?
