[問題] 9K路跑訓練
小弟是一個路跑新手
大概是暑假開始喜歡上跑步
所以決定參加台北馬拉松(12/15)
不過因為是第一次
也大概知道自己的實力沒辦法跑21K
所以只先報了9K
最近開始進行一些訓練
到了學校操場(400M)練習
可是每次跑了4K就沒辦法了
有聽人家說跑操場很容易有疲倦感?!是真的嗎?!
是要慢慢跑不用管速度來增加跑步的時間嗎?!
不好意思小弟新手
可能問了很蠢的問題
希望是能跑完全程
然後在1小時之內
