[問題] 求救~21K要新手要怎麼關門前跑完?
一眨眼
距離6/16的日子 只剩下半個月了
我平常大概也都只跑5-8K 一個禮拜最多3次
但是之前摔車大概休息一個多月
在剩下大概約15天的時間
想用假日跑長距離 讓身體去感受一下
請問各位版友 接下來的大約2周
如果全力挪出時間去練習
課表要怎麼安排哩??
希望能夠在3小時內安全過關
也不會配速就打算前一個小時慢慢熱車
後面再看情況加速
最後還有ˋ大概兩個禮拜的時間
我要在周末增加距離到多少 會比較剛好 不受傷又能訓練到???
P.S 我身高175 體重85'(不知道這資料有沒有幫助XD
最後想問一下 人家說的用髖關節去帶動雙腿 身體挺直左右自然擺動 而腳只點地收回
這個姿勢感覺對我的膝蓋似乎衝擊比較小 這算是正確安全的姿勢吧
