[心得] 初次練400間歇
練完400*10的感想...
難怪大多人都不想練...真是相當辛苦
每一趟跑完都很想放棄
68、72、75、81、79、79、79、79、77、76
第一趟體力正好跑完感覺還OK,跑完各休了一分半後跑了第二、第三趟
但第四趟要出發前已經頭暈眼花了...跑完整個人傻楞楞地坐在操場旁喘氣
休息了3分鐘多,有點站不太起來,接下來5678趟很順利都休息1分半跑完
但感覺已經衝不起來了,身體對衝刺的感覺相當排拒,心有餘而力不足
最後兩趟利用最後一個直線無氧衝一下勉強快個幾秒
實際練習過後,感覺對身心的抗壓性都有很大幫助
一場半馬中,遇到的撞牆期可能頂多3~4次,但一天400*10的間歇練習
就讓你體會崩潰10次的感覺XD
對我這種心理素質不佳的跑者來說感覺挺有幫助!
下禮拜還要排一天來練:)
