[討論] 跑長距離戴護具會比較好嗎?
最近自己每次練習都是以21K為主,
所以每次都會戴護膝護踝,
跑完的時候感覺都還不錯,
昨天我是第一次跑超過10k卻沒戴護具,
跑到第18k時,感覺膝蓋及腳踝有快受傷的feeling,
所以就放很慢的速度跑,
還好後來跑一跑就沒有不適感,
甚至隔天膝蓋也沒有酸軟感,
看很多神人跑者根本沒帶什麼護具,
都還是泰然自若,當然我也有拜讀姿勢跑法,
可能我的跑法還是沒有很正確,才會導致如此原因,
不曉得板上大大跑的時候都會戴護具,
還是以最原始跑法,不帶任何護具,
讓自己的肌肉自由伸展???
