[討論] 陽明山路跑訓練方法
前天買了一組"加重訓練器"綁在腳上
跑操場一個小時..速度約每公里5分30秒
最後在大跨步跑2公里...
跑完的感覺沒有像25公里那麼喘..但腳一樣會抖
各位大大要不要分享一下自己的的訓練方法?
我都是跑平地...
