[心得] 終於練到21k了
雖然還是很弱.
但是因為要完成太魯閣半馬
所以練了將近一個月
從10 -> 11 -> 13 -> 15 -> 17 -> 20 -> 21
是跑PU.沒有上坡下坡.跟實際狀況還是有很大的出入吧~
而且我是跑那種國中200M的跑道.要跑100圈
幸好有買POLAR來紀錄.不然真的是要算到死
不過不知道誤差大不大就是了.
希望11/1可以順利跑完.
還有我有一個尷尬的問題.
大家穿排汗衫跑步時...nipple會不會被磨破皮阿~~
我發生過兩次了耶..今天超嚴重的
回家發現白色排汗衫上面有一大片血跡..
nipple有破皮.碰水超級痛的~~~
