[討論] 短時間讓體力變好?
小弟我今年剛畢業 準備被抓去當兵
由於大學的時候都沒在運動 然後都在熬夜,又煙又酒的
所以現在體力超差...
最近因為快當兵 抽空會去跑一下步
但是我跑大概一公里多就很累 然後很喘
我知道這樣的體力跟殘廢沒什麼兩樣
有沒有辦法在短期之內讓體力變好阿?
進去當兵至少要輕鬆的跑完三千吧
