People wouldn't say it if there : wasn't some truth to it. But hearing that just makes me work. People said the : same thing in Cuba when I was 16. They wondered why I couldn't hit. But then : I was able to hit the next season (.322 average in 2007-08). In regards to my : glove work, sure I've been blessed with abilities, but I've had to work hard, : too. As a young kid, my dad used to spend hours hitting me almost 200 ground : balls a day. In terms of my offense, I feel good. I'm a contact hitter and a : hitter that hits to all fields. I feel like I'm a complete player. He's an intelligent : player and I always am studying him. He's a team player. He might not have : the best glove or the best bat, but he's a team player. My dad always tells : me that before he dies he wants to see me stand next to Derek Jeter. He's a : living legend. I admire him so much. I would love to meet him. 他的回答是JETER(打擊的話是很好但守備..還是不要吧..) 他認為JETER是很聰明的球員或許守備跟打擊都不算超強但是是個team player 他老爸一直希望他能夠在死前見到兒子站在JETER旁邊(是指成就能跟JETER相提並論?) 他認為JETER是傳奇人物也很欣賞他. : What do you think Red Sox fans will say when they hear your favorite player : is a Yankee? 你最喜歡的球員是JETER 你認為紅襪迷知道你最喜歡的球員事陽基隊員球迷會怎麼想? : Fans should be happy that I want to reach that level. I want to be the Derek : Jeter of Boston. I want them to understand that. I don't want to be a Derek : Jeter in New York. I want to be Derek Jeter in Boston. I'm really fascinated : by the fact he's spent his entire career with one team.
