Red Sox 2008 first-rounder Casey Kelly threw six shutout innings in his
second start in the Carolina League on June 5. The 19-year-old Kelly will
convert to shortstop after throwing 100 innings, and his outing this week put
him at 60. He holds a 6-2 record and 1.35 ERA across two levels in 2009.
