Where is my Discbox ?
All orders for Discboxes received before the 3rd of January 2008 have been
shipped.
Here is a guide to when your Discbox was dispatched…
Orders placed before 13/11/07 - dispatched before 8/12/07
Orders placed between 13/11/07 & 12/12/07 - dispatched on 14/12/07
Orders placed between 12/12/07 & 18/12/07 - dispatched on 19/12/07
Orders places between 18/12/07 & 03/01/08 - dispatched on 07/01/08
Orders placed after 03/01/08 will be dispatched shortly.
WE REGRET THAT TRACKING IS NOT AVAILABLE
Normally you could expect delivery of your discbox within the following
timeframes:
UK 1-8 days
Europe 1-14 days
Rest of World 5-18 days
However, December/January is a very busy time of year for postal services
globally and we have been informed that it can take up to 30 days for a
parcel to reach some parts of the world, so please be patient.
We would ask that if you’ve not received your discbox after 30 days from the
date of despatch please get in touch again specifying the country you are
emailing from and your order number.

My Discbox is damaged, what do I do ?
Although packaged well, even the strongest parcel can suffer damage en route.
Please let us know exactly what is damaged, and we’ll get the damaged part
resent to you as soon as possible.
