I've just added help for the museum and office. The reference tables with the
cost of all levels will be added tomorrow.

Starting from season 17, you'll be able to appoint staff members to your
facilities through the office building (1 staff member to one of your
facilities for each level of the office).
從17賽季(目前是15賽季)開始可以指派職員進駐設施(你可以指派與辦公室級別相同數量
的職員，進註你的設施，ex:1級的辦公室只能指派1個職員、2級的辦公室指派2個職員，
以此類推)
A staff member will have a skill level of 1 to 10. On average it will take
15-20 seasons before a staff member reaches level 10 and gives the maximum
bonus.
職員有級別之分，從1到10，10級別職員可以提供最大的效益，
從LV1到LV10平均要花15-20賽季。
The office will cost 12 million USD per year at level 10.
Staff wages range from 300.000 USD for level 1 to 1.800.000 USD per year for
level 10.
10級別的辦公室的維護費用每賽季是1200萬美元(註3)。
LV1職員薪水每賽季30萬美元，LV10職員薪水每賽季180萬美元。
註3 : 遊戲中1美元換6.25台灣貨幣。
I'll explain here the preliminary bonuses these staff members will give to
each of your facilities. These are not final yet, we would like to hear your
thoughts on them first.
維尼熊還在聽取大家意見，所以這不是最終版本(不過根據過去經驗，八九不離十了，
頂多小修)。下面解釋職員對每個設施的效果。
What would be the first 3 staff members you'd appoint if these were the
bonuses they'd give? (All ranges are linear from level 1 staff to level 10
staff).
指派前3個職員的效果是這樣的，不同職員級別(LV1-LV10)的效果是線性增加。
== Trainingcomplex:
*: +5% to +10% extra training experience for players
*: -5% to -15% faster special training.
訓練基地
* 增加5%-10%的額外經驗。
* 降低5%-15%的特訓時間。
== Youth center:
(Starting from season 16 or 17, the youth center will change. It will give
you 6 new players at the start of the season, from which you can pick 3.
You'll still get an additional 2 youths for each upgrade.)
*: 0.4 to 4 extra youths at the start of the season. You can still pick only 3
*: 1-10 points bonus divided over the fixed skills of the new player.
(6.4 players means you get 6, with 40% chance for a 7th player)
青訓中心
* 增加0.4人-4人的報到青年球員，但是你仍然只能選擇其中3人，如果報到人數是6.4人，
意謂著會有6個青年球員來報到，有第7個青年球員來報到的機率是40%
* 新球員有1-10分的固定技能(身體)的獎勵。
從第16或17賽季開始，青訓中心來娃方式將會變革，賽季初會有六個青年球員報到，
你從其中挑選3人。升級青訓中心仍然會有2員新報到的青年球員。
== Health Center:
*: treatment is 1.3-2 times as effective
*: fatigue of all players is reduced 10% to 30%
醫療中心
* 康復時間的效率提升1.3倍-2倍
* 全體球員受傷機率降低10%-30%
== Scout office:
(After the current transfer period we'll reduce the number of scout regions
to 10)
*: +2 to +20 extra analyse reports
*: -5% to -20% less credits for created players
