[請益] 公差與公假
請問板上的大大
假如被奉派參加它機關召開的會議要請公假還是公差?
另外若是機關的活動辦在假日,工作人員應該是請公差還是公假?
本人對於公務人員請假規則第4條第一款第一項跟第七項常常搞不清楚
另外銓敘部95年曾經有函解釋若公假具公差性質的話,以公假登記,並加註具公差性質=>
這個是什麼情況才會用到呢?
請高手幫我解答一下,感謝
