判決主文：
本案駁回
判決說明：
查檢舉人所付之證據皆為真實，然所有被檢舉人皆為闡述各自於每一檢舉案中之感受，
縱使各自檢舉案並不因本案被檢舉人之推文而影響結果，然可視為該檢舉案之補充，雖
不鼓勵此等行為，但本案被檢舉人並未有妨礙本版正常運作，故本案駁回。
4.不服理由︰
依 Violation 以往慣例，非案檢舉人或被檢舉人或該管法務，
不得於相關文章下為任何種類之推文。
本人不明白為何既然事實俱在而以「未有妨礙本版正常運作」為由否定違規。
亦或，貴部門同意使用者得隨意於非自身案件之文章下推文，
或允許轄下法務不依規定自由認定使用者是否違規？
