暑訓~~
雖然我好像不太能去
但是那個啊
我覺得
與其早上煉體能
跑位或煉姿勢會不會比較有效
體能煉五天 結束後應該什麼沒有吧~~除非能再繼續煉下去
跑位的話
就我個人來說我是很若啦~~上學期常常被張文成盯著跑
因為基本步伐跟姿勢很重要
所以我想不如就
早上煉步伐 下午打球
一點建議 完畢!!!
