Some people have very thick skin. They can be insulted or treated disrespectfully, yet they carry on as though it doesn't matter. That may be because they have a strong level of confidence and the judgment of others doesn't affect them. But you aren't someone who can ignore it when someone treats you in a demeaning way because you are so sensitive. Hopefully, you don't feel you are deserving of such treatment. Hopefully, you don't feel the need to gain someone's approval who treats you less than respectfully.
