誤差跟量測次數是以n^1/2來變的
算出standard dev跟average 這是10次的 每便100倍誤差壓一個order

: (B) 160 s
: (C) 2,000 s
: (D) 5,000 s
: (E) 6,400 s
算起來很煩 一分鐘一題 so我會猜c
: 我該看哪些主題，或著是看哪些書。
