這是我們之前順利要求到延展，最後也順利被 accept 的信件範例 Dear Dr. xxx（編輯）, Our thanks to you and the reviewers for their thoughtful review of our manuscript. We would like to request an extension until 日期 for the resubmission of our manuscript. Reviewer 2 asked for an additional experiment that we agree would greatly contribute to our findings. Our data suggest that 簡述一下須要補做的實驗原本的論據。The reviewer asked us to test a hypothesis that 須要額外驗證的內容。We have preliminary data supporting this hypothesis, but 簡述為甚麼須要額外時間。 Please let me know if you need any additional information to consider this request.
