[問題] 請問這條約的中文名稱該如何翻譯？
Common Regulations under the Madrid Agreement Concerning
the International Registration of Marks and
the Protocol Relating to that Agreement
請問這個條約 的中文
主要是前面[common regulations]
有看到書上翻成「實施細則」
不知道 對嗎？
還是「一般規則」？
