defense, albeit by one voter, today comes even more shocking NBA award news.
太陽隊球迷前兩天有一個驚喜，就是完美先生Hill在最佳防守球員票選中獲得了一票。
他也是太陽隊唯一獲得選票的球員....
不過今天有一個更驚人的消息...
Robin Lopez got a second-place Rookie of the Year vote.
Robin Lopez 得到一張最佳新人的第二順位選票!!!!!!!!!
No matter where you stand on Lopez, there can't be anyone who thinks this is
anything but a mistake made by a voter who confused Robin with his twin
brother, Brook. New Jersey's Lopez finished third in the voting behind winner
Derrick Rose and runner-up O.J. Mayo. The point system means that Robin Lopez
scored as many points as Rudy Fernandez, who received three third-place votes,
and more points than Mario Chalmers, Courtney Lee and Nicolas Batum, three
rookies who started all season.
不管你是怎麼評量Lopez的，
每個人都覺得這是投票者一時手滑，誤把Robin當作是他孿生哥哥Brook。
新澤西的Lopez在這項投票中得到第三名，僅次於ROY得主ROSE和Mayo。
依照ROY的計分方式，Lopez得到的排名比同樣三分的Rudy還高，
Lopez的分數也比全季擔任先發的Mario Chalmers、Courtney Lee及Nicolas Batum都高。
Alvan Adams, Walter Davis and Amare Stoudemire are the only Suns to win the
Rookie of the Year award.
太陽隊史上只有三個人獲選過最佳新人，分別是Alvan Adams、Walter Davis和阿罵。
