If you use rxvt as telnet client,the command should be"telnet -8 hostname".
Then you could type and see Traditional Chinese
Just try and see if it works. :)
However,I think that PCMANX should be the best bbs client
software in UNIX system.
You should try until it could work right.
It is better than RXVT . :P
