英特爾十奈米良率傳偏低,量產或延後2-3個月

十奈米先進製程良率低,英特爾、台積電(2330)全球兩大晶圓廠先後都傳出有類似問題待克服。
Barrons.com報導,根據BlueFin Research分析師Steve Mullane在攝影儀器工程學會(Society of Photographic Instrumentation Engineers)論壇所獲情資顯示,英特爾十奈米量產設備下半年有望準備就緒,但儘管如此,英特爾至今仍未克服十奈米量產良率不佳的問題。
英特爾原希望在2017下半年將十奈米製程導入量產,但受制於良率問題,英特爾可能難以如願。Mullane估計,英特爾十奈米量產時程可能往後順延2-3個月。
無巧不巧,聯發科(2454)共同營運長朱尚祖日前也抱怨台積電十奈米製程良率偏低,導致Helio X30高階行動處理器上市時程受到些許耽擱。
