share the email from our company's law office: I am writing to follow up with you regarding your H-1B cap-subject petition filing. USCIS has announced that it is still completing data entry for cases selected under this year’s lottery. USCIS has advised that it will first complete data entry for Premium Processed cases and expects to complete same by April 15, 2013. Data entry for non-Premium Processing cases will begin after all Premium Processing cases are entered. USCIS has advised that it will complete data entry for non-Premium Processing cases sometime in May. Rejection notices for petitions not selected in the lottery will be sent after all data entry has been completed.
