你們是如何維持正面思想的呢
我的思想有點傾向悲觀
又有點小題大作
總是很容易擔憂
也就是會窮緊張
雖然說開放焦點解除了我的焦慮
但是
我想根本還是要從思想改變
請問你們是怎樣下功夫的呢
請分享好嗎?
我想好好改變自己了
