隨意查了一下，目前不在實驗室看不到期刊全文。不過讀讀摘要應該夠回答
這個問題了。根據那張圖的主要論點是電磁波影響 blood brain barrier
最近相關的幾篇研究都指出沒有任何影響。不知道那張圖上的「科學家發現」
是什麼時候的發現?

結論：老鼠實驗沒有發現blood-brain barrier受到相當於通話時的
電磁波影響

結論：細胞培養實驗沒有發現blood-brain barrier受到任何影響

結論：電磁場對大鼠的blood-brain barrier沒有任何影響
PS 好吧，也不是所有細胞都完全沒有影響:P 比如說這篇

Proteomics. 2006 Sep;6(17):4769-80
Mobile phone radiation causes changes in gene and protein expression
in human endothelial cell lines and the response seems to be genome-
and proteome-dependent.
結論：細胞培養實驗發現細胞受到電磁波照射一小時後，基因和蛋白質的表現
都產生了變化，但是在實驗的不同源的兩種細胞株之間具有差異，顯示遺傳性
或是細胞種類或是細胞的蛋白質組成會影響到電磁波造成的影響。
(這個細胞是人臍靜脈內皮細胞)
我的結論：
1)目前沒有證據證明電磁波造成腦部 blood-brain barrier「生理功能」的影響，
也就是沒有證據證明講手機講太久「不好的物質」會進入腦袋裡面(那張圖錯誤)
2)有證據支持電磁波會造成細胞的改變，但是這種改變很可能因天時地利人合而有
所不同，而且不清楚其是否造成生理影響。
3)那張圖跟左右沒有關係orz
