(4) @Yankees: Earlier today, the Yankees outrighted LHP Anthony Banda off the Major League roster and onto the roster of Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. (5) @BryanHoch: Anthony Rizzo is having 48 hours of doctor-prescribed rest before he attempts baseball activities again. Aaron Boone: "When I spoke to him about an hour ago, he's like, 'I feel great when I'm laying here.'" (6) @BryanHoch: Matt Carpenter had X-rays performed that showed healing, but not enough for him to remove the protective walking boot that he has been using. Carpenter is expected to have more imaging in 10 days to two weeks, manager Aaron Boone said.
