似乎有人的記憶比IPK還自我感覺良好... 請看2007年9月6日的新聞, IPK和他岳父Dennis Jaskowiak的說法當時Clemens受傷, Mussina狀況不好, IPK表示他很清楚, 他有可能要投季後賽, 所以未婚妻可能會覺得沮喪。他岳父表示, 如果真他IPK那時要投季後賽, 他們會想辦法解決的。 IPK說他不知道如果真要打季後賽要怎麼辦, 但真正遇到了再來煩惱。婚禮一切的繁瑣事情都事先安排好了, 但因為IPK升上了大聯盟, 所以可以因此要作些改變, 如果他被排上季後賽25人名單。只是他的婚禮在10月6日, 除非因雨時辰改變, 否則當天正好是季後賽的休賽日。他岳父表示: "最近我們沒有談過這件事, 但如果他要投季後賽的話, 那我希望他婚禮當天出現就好, 婚禮還是可以照常舉行。" ------------------------------------------------ 所以比IPK還自我感覺良好的人說的: "他debut那年季後洋基投手荒, 他跑去結婚" , 根本是胡扯。當IPK 9月24日拉傷上背肌時,Clemens已經傷後歸隊, Mussina最後幾場除了最後一場以外, 都投得不錯, 有什麼"投手荒"的問題。依這種狀況, ALDS 5戰3勝制有什麼先發不足的問題。IPK有什麼不可或缺性嗎? 何況他還拉傷了上背肌。還有美國人的婚禮, 錢是女方在付在安排, 婚禮要不要延期要看女方的意見, 又不是 IPK自己說要延期就可以延期。岳父都說可以儘量配合, 讓他休賽日當天來當新郎就行... 難道這樣犯了比IPK還自我感覺良好人的眾怒了嗎... http://0rz.tw/huZaz The 22-year-old right-hander, engaged to Southern California basketball player Allison Jaskowiak, zoomed through the minors this year and made his major league debut Saturday, beating the Tampa Bay Devil Rays.
