今日的規則釋疑有點複雜
要講的是關於近網的球的規則
常見的問題是:
對方接發球接到接近網子正上方,對方舉球員衝過去要去舉球
我方前排球員可不可以把手伸過去? 或是可不可以攔網?
先看相關的規則
12.1 REACHING BEYOND THE NET
12.1.1 In blocking, a blocker may touch the ball beyond the net, provided
that he/she does not interfere with the opponents' play before or
during the latter's attack hit.
14.1 ATTACK HIT
14.1.1 All actions which direct the ball towards the opponents, with the
exception of service and block, are considered as attack hits.
14.1.3 An attack hit is completed at the moment the ball completely
crosses the vertical plane of the net or is touched by an opponent.
14.2 RESTRICTIONS OF THE ATTACK HIT
14.2.1 A front-row player may complete an attack hit at any height,
provided that the contact with the ball has been made within the
player's own playing space
15.1 BLOCKING
15.1.1 Blocking is the action of players close to the net to intercept the ball
coming from the opponents by reaching higher than the top of the
net. Only front-row players are permitted to complete a block.
15.2 BLOCKING WITHIN THE OPPONENT'S SPACE
In blocking, the player may place his/her hands and arms beyond the
net provided that this action does not interfere with the opponents'
play. Thus, it is not permitted to touch the ball beyond the net until
an opponent has executed an attack hit.
講這麼多,簡單的原則就是
1.除發球和攔網之外,其他任何把球往對方場的方向打的動作,都叫做攻擊.
2.攻擊動作必須在自己場內完成,即不能手伸到對方場內攻擊.
3.攔網的定義是前排球員在近網處,伸高於網去阻止來自對方的球.
4.攔網時,手可以伸到對方場內,只要不妨礙到對方球員擊球
(即在對方擊球前,不可在對方場內碰到球)
所以原來那個問題的答案是:
球若已經過來我們這邊,或是在球網正上方
只要我們是在自己的場內碰球,那就允許
換言之就是不能手伸到對方場內碰球
但是有一個例外,那就是攔網
攔網就是阻擋對方的攻擊球,對方攻擊就是把球往攔網方的方向送
所以,我們可以攔的球,就是對方往我們這個方向送的球
甚至不一定要是會過網(穿過網正上方)的球
綜上所述,攔網可以手伸過去攔的球就包括
1.對方(即攻擊方)第三球打過來
2.對方第一或第二球,朝著攔網方飛過來,而且,
對方沒有球員足夠靠近能打到那顆球的位置.
當然,如果對方有球員準備要攻擊那顆球,
就不能在他要攻擊之前或攻擊的同時,把手就伸過去攔.
注意:不管怎樣手伸過去只能阻擋,不能做"打"的動作.
