相當清楚 連我都懂了~
首先我想老爹的意思可能是要儘早確認
以免GE LE抽不出時間
然後我只剩下一點還有問題._./
就是以往regular meeting 用社員投票的方式 選出best speaker
而這次有12人之多 選出3位 似乎相當合理
但我們目前投票的制度 只能選一位
也就是可能會造成 一位很傑出的speaker囊括8.90%的票數
而另外兩名只拿到剩下不到兩成的票
所以我建議 這可以換種方式計票
ex: 選出最喜歡的三名speaker 第一位得3分 第二位2分 第三位1分
最後請vote counter辛苦一點 把總分最高的前三名依序頒獎
如此一來可以讓大家有更多的選擇 也可選出自己心目中的前三名
最後預祝speech marathon順利 大家期中考科科高的嚇死人
演講者都不會忘搞...(這是我對我自己說的-.-)
