1 y/o boy, with biliary atresia
s/p Kasai operation(on 53day after birth)
This time, fever up to 38 Celsius degrees, cough with sputum and dyspnea
since 9/27 was noted. There were no diarrhea or vomiting. CXR revealed
increased infiltration of RUL, RLL. WBC:20k/mm3; CRP:0.08. Under the
impression of acute bronchiolitis, he was admitted to our ward for further
management.
