Combined anterior-pituitary test:
Normal range: GH: peak>7ng/ml
Cortisol>20ng/ml
Prepuberty: FSH>LH, LH<10 mIU/
Puberty: LH>FSH, LH>10 mIU
Free T4: 同台大標準值
E2: 單位用台大，數值查Nelson
Combined test 是否adequate
1. glucose< 50
2. 有hypoglycemia symptoms
3. 降低baseline 50%以上
取聯集
常用test for short stature
1. clonidine test
2. combined anterior pituitary test
3. glucagon stimulation test
# Normal range: GH: peak>7ng/ml (for 以上三個tests)
#glucagon test 原理（蔡杯版）：先給IMglucagon迳sugar increase迳insulin secretion迳sugar derease迳stimulate GH secretion
＃以上test都有20% false “positive” rate, (正常人20%測起來也< 7ng/ml)
Combine 2 tests 仍有3% false positive rate
做tests時需平躺：exercise會induce GH secretion
Insulin/glucose: >0.4: suspect hyperinsulinemia, 菜杯：正常人在低血糖時不會看到insulin
Hypoglycemia: glucose<50
