地下室綜合交誼廳預計於2月6日(週一)開放使用，
本舍同學可憑學生證刷卡進入。
唯其中因工工所漏水所影響的一間討論室，
因為相關廠商尚未處理完成，
所以會晚點開放開放，
請同學見諒。
綜合交誼廳使用公約已經張貼在運動器材旁，
請大家共同維護交誼廳的品質：
(清潔人力有限，目前一週只能安排打掃一次)
The Comprehensive Lounge Usage Convention
============================================================
1.綜合交誼廳開放使用時間為08:00-23:00。
The comprehensive lounge is open from 08:00 to 23:00.
2.綜合交誼廳優先提供國青舍胞使用，其他使用者需向輔導員及生治
會申請。
The resident students have the priority of using this
lounge. For others, please apply at the dorm counselor or
the student committee.
3.綜合交誼廳內禁止飲食、吸煙、酗酒及非法行為。
Food, smoking, drinking alcohol and illegal conduct is
prohibited in the lounge.
4.禁止攜出報章雜誌及其他公物。
It is prohibited to take away the magazines, newspapers and
other public property.
5.尊重他人使用權益，請維護環境清潔，勿大聲喧嘩，使用綜合交誼廳
後請恢復原狀。
To respect others, please maintain the environment clean and
in order and do not make excessive noise.
6.電器類器材使用後請關閉電源。
Please turn off electric devices after using.
7.個人物品、垃圾請隨身帶走。
Please take your personal belongings and trash with you when
you leave.
8.違反使用公約者，勞動服務一星期，否則退宿處分。若造成公共財物
損壞或遺失，需照價賠償。違規情節重大者，依校規及住宿管理辦法
懲處。
Violating the usage convention will result in one week of
labor service or dropping out of dormitory. If someone
damages or loses public property, he/she will have to
compensate. Other serious misconduct will be punished
according to school and dormitory regulations.
9.其他未完備事宜，請參照學生住宿管理辦法。
Please refer to NTU student dormitory management regulations
for anything not listed in this usage convention.
