這個要說一下....
lzj, 我給你寄的信是 barro 的經濟成長英文版, 就是會算到 Ramsey/AK 的那本.
然後, barro 的新書是指 macroeconomics, 這本書我有 barro 的草稿版. 所以, 如果
你是要這本的話, 再 bbs 給我......
根據大拇指兄的看法:
Barro's new book would be one of my textbooks assigned to the undergrads,
the other two being his old 1997 version and Mankiw's. His new one is
disappointed, at least to me. Some important topics had been dropped,
with growth theory over-emphasized, so I decided to teach the old one and let
students choose his preferred text from the above three candidates. Actually
I have been teaching undergrad macro with a 60/40 ratio (60% using the
materials from Barro and 40% from Mankiw). I consider such a combination as
a better one than using a single textbook, be it Barro or Mankiw or any others.
首先呢, 大姆指兄也是認為 barro 的 Macroeconomics 真的變的太多了 (薄的讓我幾乎
懷疑 barro 到底在幹嘛 @@a) 可是, 同樣的, Mankiw 的書, 就我個人觀點, 我所看到
的第五版 (這本書就真的是和我老闆 A 的, 老師我愛妳! 羞... ) 我只有一種感覺:
Mankiw 的 paper 比他所寫的大學部教材 (包括經原和總體) 真的好多了 - 光看經原那
10點我就看不懂?
當然, 我的程度是 common knowledge - 非常爛到無以倫比. 或許不能了解 Mankiw
所說的, 所以, 趁著在中國, 反正書是便宜的要命 - 簡體中文版一本也才 RMB 45元.
乘以5也才 NTD 225元. 所以敗下去就對了... XD!
至於英文版 - 反正是班版, 我就乾脆挑明的說, 真的是不用電驢抓都會抓的到.
拜請拜請辜狗大神就一堆了... XD!
喔! Mankiw Macro 的第六版出來了. 不知道會不會寫的比較好一些呢??
所以, Lzj, 如果你是要看 Barro 的 Macroeconomics 的草稿版, 請再 mail 給我一次.
