Notice: Semiconductor processing class (10/27) time changed to 6:30pm-9:20pm
Dear all:
I am terribly sorry that I need to change the Semiconductor processing class
(10/27, Monday) to from 3:20pm-6:10pm to 6:30pm-9:20pm as I have to attend a
very important meeting. The classroom will still be at R418.
For a few students who need to attend some other classes at the same time,
could you come to my office (R524A) on 10/30 (Thursday) at 6:30pm so that I
can go through the same materials with you at 6:30-9:20pm.
I apologize for the convenience brought to you. Please let me know for any
further quesitons.
