[揪人]長期揪人慢跑
說長期其實只是大概跑一個半月,兩個月後我要轉練中短跑 :P
找人邊跑步邊聊天比較不會無聊,而且會覺得時間過的很快喔
目標是十二月二十一日的富邦台北馬拉松(我目前還沒決定組別,
看體能恢復情況再決定要跑十公里、半馬或全馬)
地點在政大操場,我都會固定在體育館前熱身
時間從下周開始:
星期二、星期三晚上六點半
星期六、星期日的早上七點及晚上九點
(沒看錯,是六日的早晚我都會跑@@)
