Lawrence Frank said that the Pistons are looking to find more minutes
for Andre Drummond.
Drummond played just 19 minutes on Wednesday, and hasn't eclipsed
22 minutes all season. "We're trying to find more time for Andre,"
Frank said.
Drummond's potential makes him a great stash for owners with roster
flexibility, but it's going to take some time for Drummond to get
the time he needs to contribute.
Slava Kravtsov is unlikely to join the rotation right now.
"It's hard to play five bigs; we're playing four," Lawrence Frank said.
The team is committed to finding more time for Andre Drummond,
so it's hard to believe a project like Kravtsov is going to suddenly
earn minutes as well. "This is learning, and this is a big adjustment
for Slava," Frank added.
The rookie recently dealt with a back injury, but he's fine now.
