Feb 6 F Danilo Gallinari rolled his ankle in the third quarter of Monday's 99-90 home loss to Houston and was lost for the rest of the game. X-rays revealed a chip fracture in the foot. He was scheduled for further test Tuesday, when the team said there will be "a definitive diagnosis. Gallinari two weeks ago signed a four-year, $42 million contract extension. It kicks in next season. Before Gallinari went down, the Nuggets already were without starters Nene, Arron Afflalo and Timofey Mozgov due to injuries. "The injuries take away our strength because our strength is playing a lot of guys, seeing who's playing well and fitting into the personality of the game," said Nuggets coach George Karl.
