我換個方式解釋看看。
假設要簽一名價值7M的自由球員，但是球隊薪資空間只剩下2M，
雖然說超過薪資上限後會有5M的中產可以用，但是並不代表說，可以
直接將這兩者相加變成有7M的薪資空間。
