The two successful all-stars are teaming up and planning to start a player representation agency called Seven1 Sports Group and Entertainment. 前NBA超級明星Tracy McGrady跟Jermaine O'Neal要跨足運動經紀領域了。這兩位成功的全明星球員要組隊，計畫要做球員經紀事業，公司叫Seven1 Sports Group and Entertainment。 “We think it’s needed, and we have a passion for it,” McGrady said (per nytimes.com). “We’re around kids every single day because we have youth programs. It just makes sense. We see the lack of information that these kids are getting, so we would be doing a disservice to our people if we don’t lend our expertise of what we know and help guide them. Six-time NBA All Star O’Neal was drafted by the Portland Trail Blazers in the 1996 NBA Draft while two-time NBA Scoring Champ McGrady was picked by the Toronto Raptors the year after. Tracy McGrady跟O'Neal都是高中就被以高選秀選進NBA的。六屆全明星的O'Neal是在1996 年被拓荒者選進來，隔年則是兩屆得分王McGrady被暴龍選進NBA。 There were a lot of connections between the two early in their professional careers and sitting down for the very first time in 1998 drew an instant spark between the two and they’ve been basically brothers ever since.
