[討論] NBA球員如何訓練跳躍
他們也會刻意練彈跳能力嗎?
例如深蹲
自己嘗試作過深蹲
然後起跳
發覺真的是很酸
除了大腿肌肉不夠外
對膝蓋壓力也很大
NBA球員體重動輒破百公斤
常常飛身扣籃
對膝蓋的衝擊肯定相當大吧?
回想自己中學時也有在打籃球
當時的跳似乎不算是真的跳
因為搶籃板時起跳時間不能太長(不然會比對方慢)
所以也沒時間深蹲後起跳
話說回來真的要訓練彈跳能力
還是要深蹲起跳吧?
